Villa Theros

”Cave house Vila of approximately 166 sq meters in plot with sole use of land of 1.500 sm in a secluded area of Paros that offers privacy and closeness to nature and at the same time close to the Village of Lefkes.

This plot is located on the northern slope of a mountain, the ground descends from the south and opens to a large undisturbed panoramic view over the central valley of the area called ”LEFKES”. The combination of forest areas, windmills and crops around the plot is an agroforestry mosaic of great interest.

The area offers trekking routes.

The interior of the Cave House :

Natural materials like wood, stone, jute and “ patiti” enhances the earthy ambience and promotes calmness. The living room connects the inside with the outside and makes you feel grounded and connected to nature.

Warm, natural colours and materials mimic the colours found in the natural environment.

Simple lines and built-in wardrobes add to the earthy and natural sensations created in the bedrooms.

The design prioritizes efficiency, aesthetic appeal and seamless integration of technology with cozy design.

Villa Theros is a subterranean villa, set up in one level , consisting of 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, living room area, kitchen, dining area, storage room, 2 private patios, outside sitting area under pergola and pool. The current design allows for a separate guest-house with its own bathroom, small kitchen and sitting area.

This is a project under development for two villas which are positioned in a unique way that allows privacy and undisturbed views to each one of them.

Changes can be made to the internal layout of the villa following agreement.
